LodgeNet Interactive Corporation (Nasdaq:LNET) today reported quarterly revenue of $121.1 million compared to $135.3 million in the third quarter of 2008, and operating income of $5.3 million compared to operating income of $4.6 million in the third quarter of 2008.  The Company reported a net loss of $(5.0) million compared to a net loss of $(6.3) million for the third quarter of 2008.  Net loss attributable to common stockholders was $(6.6) million or $(0.30) per share (basic and diluted) for the third quarter of 2009 compared to $(6.3) million or $(0.28) per share (basic and diluted) for the prior year period.  LodgeNet also reported $16.1 million in free cash flow (defined as cash provided by operating activities less cash used for investing activities, including growth-related capital) for the third quarter of this year compared to $6.2 million in the third quarter of 2008.
