This Privacy Policy covers LodgeNet Interactive Corporation’s (LodgeNet) policies concerning your privacy. This Policy does not apply to the practices of others. For example, if you visit a web site, the owner and operator of that web site is responsible for its own privacy policies.

LodgeNet does not set or access cookies on your computer. Other web sites you visit may do so.

LodgeNet does not collect or store any personally identifiable information regarding the use of this Service, except with respect to your acceptance of our Terms of Service, and except as described below.

If you are paying for your access to this Service using a credit card, we will collect appropriate information so that we may process a charge to your credit card. We do not, however, make any other use of that information. All credit card and bank information is encrypted.

LodgeNet does log and store information regarding Internet connection activity (packets sent and received) that includes (along with other information) hotel room number and computer and network adapter MAC address. This information allows us to monitor and maintain our network and to deal with issues that may arise concerning claims of abuse or inappropriate activity.
