SR.TECHNICAL TRAINER - WEST

TECHNICAL OPERATIONS TRAINING is seeking qualified candidates for the position
of Senior Technical Trainer in our Western Region. This
position would be based out of one of the Regional Field Offices. This is
an exempt position that will report to the Director of Technical Training.
SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
The senior technical trainer is responsible for developing and facilitating
both classroom, On-the-Job-Training and online technical training courses
for field service representatives.. The senior technical trainer
must be able to conduct needs analysis, consult with (internal) clients,
provide learning solutions, and evaluate training effectiveness.
Candidates considered qualified for the position will possess the following
minimum abilities, knowledge, and skills:
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
Two year technical degree and four years related experience required; or the equivalent
combination of related education and/or work experience.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in technical training (OJT, classroom, online) and the ability
to teach others. Good communication skills, verbal and written.
- Understanding the training needs of the field service representatives.
- Ability to working independently, manage multiple projects, and complete
tasks on time and within budget.
- Ability to conduct standard training needs analysis, manage blended training
solutions and to evaluate and measure learning and performance is preferred.
- Technical background in video/television/high speed internet helpful
