Benefits Information
LodgeNet provides
the following benefits to all of its full-time employees (those
regularly scheduled to work 30 hours or more per week). LodgeNet
also provides these benefits on a pro-rated basis to its part-time
employees (those regularly scheduled to work at least 20 hours
but less than 30 hours per week). Except where noted, all benefits
take effect on the 1st of the month following an initial 30-day
waiting period.

- 5 days plus one additional day for each year of service (2nd to 6th year).

DENTAL INSURANCE
- Single coverage paid by LodgeNet
- Family coverage available (partial payment by employee)
VISION INSURANCE
- Single and family vision plans available
LIFE INSURANCE
- $50,000 coverage for employees
- Family coverage:
$5,000 for spouse and $2,500 per child (included in health insurance
when single-plus-one or family coverage plan is elected)
- Additional family
coverage available to purchase
SHORT-TERM DISABILITY
- 60% of the employee's
average weekly income for up to 26 weeks
- $350 maximum

- Medical and dental
insurance premiums deducted on a pre-tax basis
- Unreimbursed medical and dependent care spending accounts available
- Dependent care and unreimbursed medical paid twice a month
MATCHING 401(k) PLAN - Employees may enter on the first entry date following a
90-day waiting period

Savings Plan
- Allows for pre-tax
employee contributions to an individual investment account
- Matching: 50%
of the first 6% of employee's deferral
