LodgeNet Interactive Corporation (Nasdaq: LNET) today reported quarterly revenue of $122.0 million compared to $137.3 million in the second quarter of 2008, and operating income of $4.7 million, a $1.4 million increase as compared to operating income of $3.3 million in the second quarter of 2008.  The Company reported a net loss of $(5.2) million compared to a net loss of $(7.5) million for the second quarter of 2008.  Net loss attributable to common stockholders was $(5.2) million or $(0.23) per share (basic and diluted) for the second quarter of 2009 compared to a net loss attributable to common stockholders of $(7.5) million or $(0.33) per share (basic and diluted) for the prior year period.
