LodgeNet Interactive Corporation today reported annual 2009 revenue of $484.5 million compared to $533.9 million in 2008, and operating income of $21.7 million compared to an operating loss of $(5.1) million in 2008. The Company reported a net loss of $(10.2) million compared to a net loss of $(48.4) million for 2008. Net loss attributable to common stockholders was $(13.3) million or $(0.59) per share (basic and diluted) for 2009 compared to $(48.4) million or $(2.16) per share (basic and diluted) for 2008. LodgeNet also reported $64.8 million in free cash flow (defined as cash provided by operating activities less cash used for investing activities, including growth-related capital) for this year compared to $25.4 million in 2008.
