Basic Life Insurance and AD&D benefit of one times regular base annual earnings with a minimum of $50,000. Optional additional coverage of the employee, spouse, and dependent children are also made available for purchase.
Short-Term Disability
Short-Term Disability is provided to all full-time employees.
Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
The EAP provides assistance with a wide range of work/life issues and concerns on a confidential basis.
Paid Time Off
Employees are entitled to ten paid holidays, bereavement leave, jury duty and vacation and sick leave accruals.

Employees are eligible for tax-deferred savings of up to 50% (or up to the annual IRS limits) of qualified earnings through payroll deduction and can choose from a variety of investment funds.

The ESPP offers employees an opportunity to purchase shares of LodgeNet stock through payroll deduction.
Additional Benefits
